Enrolment and Getting Started
How do I enrol on a course?
Click the “Enrol Now” button on any course page and complete the enrolment form. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive your login details and full access to the course within 24 hours. If you have any questions, call us on 020 7362 6800 or WhatsApp us on 07404 746 662.
Can I enrol at any time of year?
Yes. All of our courses have flexible start dates — you can enrol and begin studying at any point throughout the year. There are no fixed intake dates or waiting lists.
Do I need any prior qualifications to enrol?
Most of our courses are designed for beginners with no formal entry requirements beyond a minimum age. Full entry requirements are listed on each course page.
Payments and Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer. We also offer interest-free monthly instalment plans for eligible courses.
Are there interest-free payment plans available?
Yes. Several of our courses offer interest-free instalment plans, allowing you to spread the cost over multiple months with no additional charges. Payment plan options are shown on each individual course page.
Can my employer pay for my course?
Yes. We can issue invoices for employer-funded enrolments. Contact us at info@oalhub.co.uk or call 020 7362 6800 and our team will arrange this for you.

How does the online learning work?
All courses are delivered through our dedicated online learning platform, accessible 24/7 on any device. You’ll have access to video modules, study materials and assignments, plus a dedicated tutor for 1-to-1 support and personalised feedback throughout.
What if I get stuck or need help?

Certificates and Qualifications
Are your qualifications nationally recognised?
Yes. All of our accredited qualifications are regulated by Ofqual and awarded by nationally recognised awarding bodies — NEBDN, Highfield and NCFE. Our CPD courses are certified and accepted by employers across the UK.
How do I receive my certificate?
For CPD short courses, your certificate is available to download immediately on successful completion. For accredited qualifications, your certificate is issued by the awarding body — typically within a few weeks of completion.
What if I don’t pass an assessment first time?
Don’t worry — you can resubmit assignments as many times as needed. Your tutor will provide detailed feedback after each submission to help you improve. We’re committed to supporting every student to succeed.
